TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to UltraSkin Studio. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By booking or enrolling in any of our treatments or programmes, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings & Deposits

​

  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are redeemable against your treatment cost.

  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or non-attendance.

 

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

​

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

  • Repeated late cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

 

3. Late Arrivals

​

  • Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time to avoid disruption to other clients.

  • If arrival is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and cancellation charges may apply.

 

4. Consultation & Treatment Suitability

 

All treatments are subject to consultation.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or postpone treatment where it is not clinically appropriate

  • Request medical clearance if necessary

  • Adjust treatment plans based on skin response or safety considerations

Clients must disclose:

  • Medical conditions

  • Medications

  • Recent aesthetic or dermatological treatments

  • Allergies or sensitivities

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment outcomes and safety.

 

5. Treatment Results Disclaimer

 

Skin treatments are results-driven but individual outcomes vary.

  • No specific results can be guaranteed.

  • Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.

  • Results depend on lifestyle, skin condition, and adherence to aftercare advice.

 

6. Treatment Programmes & Packages

 

Treatment programmes are designed to achieve optimal results through structured treatment planning.

Programmes may include:

  • Preferential pricing

  • Exclusive benefits

  • Tailored treatment planning

These apply only while programme terms are maintained.

Programmes must be completed within the recommended clinical timeframe unless otherwise agreed.

7. Programme Payments

 

Programme costs may be:

  • Paid in full, or

  • Split into a maximum of three monthly payments

The first payment is due at enrolment.

Payment plans cannot extend beyond three months.

By enrolling in a programme, clients agree to complete the full payment schedule.

 

8. Missed or Late Payments

 

If a payment is missed:

  • Treatments will be immediately suspended until payments are brought up to date.

  • Overdue balances may incur interest at 8% per annum from the due date until paid.

If payment remains outstanding after 14 days:

  • The remaining balance may become payable in full.

  • The account may be referred for formal debt recovery.

Where necessary, legal recovery action may be taken, which could result in a County Court Judgment (CCJ) being registered.

Any additional recovery costs permitted by law may be added to the outstanding balance.

 

9. Early Programme Cancellation

 

If a client cancels before completing a programme:

  • Any promotional pricing or incentives may be withdrawn

  • Treatments already received will be recalculated at standard pricing

  • Any remaining balance becomes immediately payable

Programme payments are non-refundable.

 

10. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided for completed treatments.

  • No refunds are given for change of mind.

  • Prepaid treatments may be transferred at management discretion.

 

11. Treatment Compliance & Aftercare

 

For safety and optimal results, clients must:

  • Follow all pre- and post-treatment advice

  • Use recommended homecare where clinically required

Failure to follow advice may affect results and treatment suitability.

 

12. Package & Voucher Expiry

 

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Treatment packages and vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase.

 

13. Right to Refuse Treatment

 

We reserve the right to refuse treatment where:

  • A client is medically unsuitable

  • Behaviour is inappropriate

  • Payment terms are not met

 

14. Behaviour Policy

 

We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment.

Abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or clients will result in refusal of treatment.

 

15. Pricing

 

Prices are subject to change at any time.

However:

  • Confirmed programme pricing will remain fixed for the agreed duration.

 

16. Liability

 

UltraSkin Studio is not liable for:

  • Adverse reactions where medical history has not been fully disclosed

  • Failure to follow before and aftercare advice

  • Individual variation in treatment outcomes

 

17. Privacy

 

Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

18. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
