Bookings can be scheduled, re-scheduled or cancelled using our online booking platform or by contacting the clinic directly.

 

Cancellation policy​

Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; however, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Deposits & Cancellations
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled or refunded if needed.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend, will result in the loss of your deposit.
